Make It Echo

We're dedicated to providing our clients with all the tools they need to establish a strong and effective online presence. Alongside crafting great websites, we provide essential services such as domain registration and management, reliable hosting solutions, and a range of media services. Our goal is to be your one-stop solution for building and maintaining a standout digital presence.

Every website we create is designed to deliver a great, seamless visual experience across all devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. Our responsive designs ensure that your site looks and functions flawlessly, no matter where your audience accesses it.

When clients want a website that allows them to make their own updates and edits in the future, we build it using WordPress, a versatile and user-friendly content management system. WordPress offers customisable configurations, giving clients the flexibility and control they need to manage their site with ease.

Every project is unique, which is why we start by having an in-depth discussion with our clients to fully understand their requirements. Based on this, we provide a tailored proposal and cost estimate. As a general guideline, we’ve created bespoke websites starting from as little as £300.00, while larger projects with e-commerce functionality and advanced features can cost from £2,000.00.

Once your site goes live, our commitment to your success doesn’t end there. We’re always available to provide ongoing support tailored to your needs. For smaller sites, we offer ad hoc advice and assistance whenever you need it. For larger, more complex websites, we can establish a dedicated support contract, ensuring you have consistent, reliable help for updates, maintenance, troubleshooting, or any enhancements. Our goal is to be your trusted partner every step of the way, ensuring your site remains secure, up-to-date, and fully functional as your business evolves.

spa fun casinos

Anxiety Uncovered is a programme and resource hub focused on helping young people, parents and educators understand and manage anxiety.

Our brief was to showcase key offerings, provide access to podcasts, and present evidence & feedback from pupils, parents, educational institutions, and other organisations.

make it echo

Make It Echo is a curated experiences platform that connects people with local hosts to offer unique, high-quality experiences rooted in location, culture, food, craft, nature and community.

We were initially asked to assist in resolving issues the incumbent overseas developer was having but when it became clear this developer was unable to accomplish our client's desired goal, Make It Echo ended their relationship with them and was left without access to the existing content.

Using original wireframes and screenshots we rebuilt the site from scratch in WordPress, improving and enhancing the original design at the same time. In parallel, we developed a bespoke micro-site to manage the technical aspects of booking transactions, enabling seamless management of event dates and capacities across all vendors.

smart tags

Smart-Tags sell advanced web and QR code enabled luggage and property tags. A new front-end web site was constructed for marketing and e-commerce, and links through to an existing customer interface where tag owners manage their tags. Included in our brief was creation of a short promo video to be included on the website.

spa fun casinos

The thrill of a real casino experience in your own location!

Spa Fun Casinos is a small, personalised casino service operating in the South West of England. We were approached to build a cost-effective information site reflecting the client's very specific colour scheme that would also enable prospective customers to make online booking enquiries, as well as enable the business itself to make their own edits to the site as and when required.

the faversham society

The Faversham Society is a registered charity working to preserve the heritage and fabric of the historic town of Faversham and its surrounding parishes.

The Society's original web site had become unmanageable even though it had been intended that the Society members and volunteers would be able to make edits and updates themselves. We were approached by the Society's Chairman to build a new website that would not only enable the Society to manage a lot of the content themselves, but also provide functionality for online booking of the Society's public spaces as well as publicise events and provide online ticketing.

Recent developments for the Society include e-commerce functionality for its numerous publications and gifts, plus separate 'micro' sites to handle Society membership and the Society's ever-expanding book store.

people & places

We are proud of our long association with people & places, an organisation with a strong ethical, responsible commitment to placing volunteers into projects with local communities in numerous developing countries. We developed their current web site and its back-end functionality to a very tight budget, conscious of the fact that they are a not-for-profit organisation.

We have worked with people & places over a period of more than 18 years, slowly expanding on their original site, and regularly discussing options to refresh their web presence to accommodate the ever-increasing use of tablet and mobile devices.

During the pandemic we rapidly deployed a separate micro site (e-volunteer.co.uk) in order for people & places to continue their work by enabling volunteers to provide remote support to their projects.

ICRT global

Over the course of the last 10 to 15 years TFXWeb have provided services to the world-renowned Emeritus Professor Harold Goodwin by creating and supporting a variety of web sites, predominantly related to the principles of Responsible Tourism.

Professor Goodwin and tourism professional Debbie Hindle collaborated to create the International Centre for Responsible Tourism - global.

Sponsored and supported by major players in the travel industry, ICRT global's web site needed to clearly illustrate the constantly evolving need around the world for travel to become more sustainable. The site provides a variety of resources including conferences & events, research publications and news updates. It also acts as a portal for ICRT global's training courses with ongoing integration for online and distance training.

stars in my eyes

StarsInMyEyes.TV is the largest UK-based entertainment opportunities web site. TFXWeb were appointed to design and build the public-facing web site as well as comprehensive back-end functionality to enable members and agents to manage profiles and advertisements.

The site is fully integrated for card payments, along with extensive social networking abilities.

frontier gap

Frontier were one of the world's leading volunteer and gap year travel companies. TFXWeb worked extensively with Frontier over a period of more than 15 years, not only with development of various international sites but also in providing, enhancing and maintaining an extensive 'back end' management system that allowed them to manage all of their projects, volunteers, travel arrangements and a multitude of other administrative tasks.

Integration with three separate payment gateways enabled Frontier to provide their clients with a variety of payment options.

Additional modules implemented included a comprehensive recruitment module, allowing Frontier to advertise employment opportunities on all of their sites whilst enabling them to fully manage opportunities and applications via their 'back end' management system, along with bespoke blogging functionality.

Sadly, as a result of the pandemic and its global effect on the travel industry, Frontier were ultimately forced to cease trading.

seacon group

Seacon Group comprises four separate entities, all of which previously had their own independent web sites. As part of an overall restructuring of the way in which the group operated, it was decided that there should a single composite site to encompass all group activities, along with linking to an external company of which Seacon Group is part owner.

It was important to ensure that navigation was kept as simple as possible in order to ensure that clients, both prospective and existing, were able to navigate easily through different areas of the site, whilst maintaining an easy 'route' back to the group home page and easy 'hops' between different group companies.

Seacon wished to incorporate a Twitter feed to the site, along with links to social networking, but additionally wanted to be able to publish and maintain their own news items. Also, whilst each company operates independently and thus have their own contact forms, a central log is maintained of all online enquiries enabling central management an easy route to monitor and manage activity.

As part of the overall redesign of the web site and related identity, TFXWeb also undertook a complete redesign of web-based reports accessed by clients.
